Hệ thống OCR của TMEIC (Optical Character Recognition) là giải pháp tự động hóa công nghiệp và cảng biển chuyên đọc, xác minh mã ISO và biển số trên các container hoặc xe tải đang di chuyển. Công nghệ này giúp số hóa hoạt động hậu cần, giảm thời gian kiểm tra và tích hợp trực tiếp vào hệ thống quản lý cảng (TOS). [1, 2]
Các dòng sản phẩm OCR chính của TMEIC bao gồm:

- Gate CCR (Total Gate Control): Hệ thống cổng tự động sử dụng camera IP và AI để xác minh mã container, chụp ảnh kiểm tra hư hỏng. Nó còn hỗ trợ xác thực sinh trắc học cho tài xế. [1, 2]
- Rail CCR: Giải pháp quét OCR tự động cho các container khi chúng đi vào hoặc rời khỏi cơ sở cảng bằng tàu hỏa, hỗ trợ chụp video và hình ảnh để kiểm soát thiệt hại. [1]

TMEIC Gate Automation Solution
TMEIC’s system consists of three primary modules:
• GOS–Gate Operating System
The “brain” behind all gate operations. It handles workflow logic for exception management and is fully
configurable based on each terminal’s specific processes. While the hardware (gates, kiosks, portals) is
standardized, the GOS is adapted per terminal to reflect their operational logic.
• Clerk Interface
Enables remote exception handling by clerks. When data inconsistencies are detected (e.g. mismatched
container number), clerks can review high-resolution images and metadata to correct the issue via a user-friendly
interface.
• KPI & Historical Data Tools
Provides performance dashboards with customizable KPIs (e.g. OCR accuracy, turnaround time, transaction
duration). Historical data access allows terminals to review any past transaction in detail — a key tool for damage
claims, audits, and service tracking
